We had a time sensitive repair that required some strategic planning to keep the restaurant open during repairs. The team at SFW is a fantastic job of understanding our business needs as well as the importance of the repair. We were more than happy with the overall results and the price came in under budget for what we had planned. We were having difficulties with a contractor who never showed up when they were supposed to, never gave us straight answers and overall gave me a very bad impression of what a building contractor was supposed to be. SFW was doing work in the area and i made the decision to fire the existing contractor and by hiring SFW, we got the job finished exactly when promised. They showed up every day that they said they would show up. They were totally transparent in the bid process, and I never had a doubt about the result. I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the work and their professionals who did the work.
I am in the process of buying a home and received a concerning inspection report with a significant amount of necessary repairs. I contacted Bryan who was incredibly helpful and responsive. He quickly provided me with a cost breakdown and estimate of all repair recommendations based of the inspection report.
