Very knowledgeable. Seemed very honest and didn't try to up sell us on something we didn't need. We have a very old boiler system for heating our church. Westside was the only company willing to answer our calls and help us keep the system going.We definitely will use Westside for our future needs.
I was referred to Westside Mechanical Services by a long-time friend. Zach promptly returned my initial call and met with me within a day or two. I needed a complete HVAC system installed, converting from wall heater to forced air gas furnace and AC. He did everything on schedule and was engaging, with excellent professionalism. McKenzie took our call late Friday afternoon. Our heat pump had stopped working on New Year’s Day, and we were worried about a cold house this winter. She was empathetic and compassionate while speaking with us. She said that she would try to get a technician out ASAP, and on Monday morning, we had an appointment for an inspection.
