We had our first appointment at Pacific Oak today! My son and I have not had the best experience with dentists/orthodontist so we were really nervous about today! I think this was the best dental experience we have ever had! I loved their communication, professionalism and gentleness! There was no shame or harshness. We left feeling encouraged and confident in the treatment plan! I’m so relieved to have found a home dentist we can finally settle into! Their office atmosphere was clean, organized, comfortable and peaceful. Pacific Oak thank you for the way you made us feel today!
