I had an amazing new patient appointment recently and would recommend to others. The front desk staff were polite and helpful and the PA I saw, Evie, was amazing, having a conversation with me as opposed to firing off questions to complete a report. Convenient that they do bloodwork on site as well.

You can never get an urgent appointment in, and will be waiting 3 weeks to follow up on an ER or urgent care trip. Administration has the doctors tied up with no room for emergency drop in. Providers are great, as long as whatever you might need can wait a month. What is the point of a primary care doctor if you have to use ER/urgent care for emergency, maybe urgent, diagnosis and followup? Mountain view is a prime example of the broken healthcare system.

Had my new patient appointment today with Dr. Burton..He's the first doctor to not dismiss me..I felt so heard and believed..He sincerely cares for his patients..I'm so grateful to have him as my provider now..He listens..takes his time and orders the tests necessary..The office staff..nurses and phlebotomist were kind and caring..Thank you for treating me like a human being.
