This establishment has the best customer service. I needed a button replaced. The owner did an extensive search for just the right button. He would not accept anything less than exact match. The items I have has cleaned have always been excellent. I highly recommend this business.

I swung by Friday afternoon to have a zipper pull replaced. The owner (I assume) stopped what he was doing, replaced the pull within 5 minutes and charged me $3. Best service you could ask for!

I recently dropped off my down comforter to be cleaned here. The quoted price seemed fair and the timeline for cleaning also seemed reasonable. I am very pleased to say that 1) they did a great job on the cleaning, returning my comforter looking, smelling, and feeling so very nice, and 2) it was ready by when they said it would be. I couldn't have been more pleased; I will return for other dry cleaning and altering needs. Thank you, Forest Grove Cleaners!
