Purchased a set of hydraulics for my Mercedes R129. Followed the extremely useful videos provided by Top Hydraulics and the installation went very smoothly. Had some issues with the operation of the soft top that were unrelated to the hydraulics installed (electrical issues) that Klause helped me troubleshoot to solve the problem. Klaus is basically the oracle when it comes to your convertible top. There’s a reason everybody swears by Top Hydraulics and it’s not just the quality of the product but the level of knowledge and customer support you get throughout.
You almost feel bad with the amount of time Klaus will devote to helping you. One or two times there were problems I just could not solve no matter what I tried. A desperate email to Klaus and a swift solution !
