My ex husband, Jerry Thies had problems with some of his kitchen plug outlets not working. When he called Lighthouse, they told him they would be out whenever he was ready.. just like they said.. they showed up!! My experience with many contractors has been tarnished by too many no shows.. they make an appointment and never show up.. Not with Lighthouse! Their electrician showed up as planned. He went above and beyond in dealing with Jerry’s electrical problems. Spending the time to trouble shoot the cause and then efficiently finished the work at hand. Lance was really easy to work with, showed up on time and was very professional. We had several issues that we needed attended to and he successfully solved them all. We would highly recommend Lighthouse Electric for your needs.
Lance was super professional, skilled and courteous. He ran into a problem with unexpected blocking that he had to work around to install a new receptacle and he was efficient and careful in dealing with this extra complication.
