Have owned our mini split since June 17, 2024. Mainly bought it for the air conditioning but used it last winter for heat. Very happy with it. It is a bigger BTU unit and less money than another place here in town that gave us a quote on. Also, the other place wanted to put the outside unit on the deck and this place put it on the ground next to the deck. Way better.
This company/these people are just great, professionally & personally: knowledgeable, prompt & friendly when i needed to replace my A/C unit. And their prices are very fair/competitive. Can't say enough good things about these people & their company.
