I very rarely, comment publicly like this, on anything anymore. But when it is warranted, I have to make an exception, to even my own personal rule about that. Lisa and her staff went way beyond what would be considered "outstanding service" for me and my dog today. The first morning back to work even..after a major holiday. We were/are a first time customer and most likely won't even be able to be a return customer. That didn't matter. Lisa and her staff moved a few things around..and "made it happen" without breaking any rules or regulations, whether personal or "official law." They are fantastic, Lisa has been grooming our Auggie since he was a pup, he is now 3 years old and he loves her. He looks so wonderful after she does him, he struts around the house. I will not take him any where else.
