Perfect Climate did a great job on my ductless heat pump installation. Everything from their communication to their professionalism and their attention to detail was top notch. I truly appreciated that they kept me well informed on everything that was going on and completed everything in the timeline they set before the install. My home is a comfortable temperature and I am happy to have chosen Perfect Climate to do my install.

Perfect Climate has excellent communication! Very impressed. I received reminders for my appointment, then a picture of the technician the morning of, telling me he was on the way. Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful in solving my problems.

Garrett came out during the ice storm to get our furnace running after we lost power. No one else would and we were already without heat for 2 days. He was so kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Garrett! Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area!
