We recently hired Shetland Tree Service to remove a very large pine tree located right in the middle of our driveway, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the first phone call, the communication was clear, timely, and professional. They took the time to answer our questions, explain the process, and schedule the work in a way that was convenient for us.
On the day of service, the crew arrived exactly when they said they would and got right to work. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing and had plenty of experience with difficult removals. Jacob and his crew were at our house today (10/8) taking down an old Maple Tree that held on for 4 years after some damage during a big wind storm. They were amazing to watch! Very professional and respectful! I (we) would highly recommend their services!
