Dr. Adamek and the EP Eye Care staff are truly amazing. Our family has been going to him for a very long time and happily travel the short distance to Eagle Point for his eye care services. They have a very personable approach and remember us well every time we go in for annual exams. You will not be disappointed if you choose Eagle Point Eye Care for your eye health care needs!
Best Eye Doctor in the Rogue Valley!!! James Adamek is very professional and thorough, I'm confident I got my exact eye prescription. I had been having blurry vision in my left eye and Dr. Amamek kindly explained what Epiretinal Membrane is and not to worry that many people have it. I'll check back in six months to a year to see if it's improved and if my prescription has changed. The staff is also very kind and professional. I wish I had gone to this Eagle Point office a long time ago. Costco eye doctor is not the place for me and everyone I know has had a very bad experience in getting their prescription correct. I highly recommend this Eagle Point Eye Care ten stars.
The service I have received has been excellent. I recently purchased a pair of glasses after an exam. After a few days, I called to let them know that they just weren't right. They had me come back in, reassessed my vision, made adjustments and ordered a new pair with zero resistance. They've been friendly and helpful every time I've been in the store, and they care about the quality of the products they sell.
