I’ve got an old Springer and have been grooming her for over 10 years. I can’t do it anymore. I found Lori at it’s a dog‘s life and I am so grateful. Lori had Eleanor for 45 minutes and did a better job than I did in the last 10 years. I don’t know how to do the anal glands thing, but that was done too, and I’m so grateful because I’ve never actually even wanted to know about it. 5/5

If you’re looking for a groomer who treats your pups like royalty, Kim at It’s a Dog’s Life is the one. She’s incredibly patient and attentive, and her gentle, sweet nature makes even the most nervous dogs feel at ease. Our fur babies Mavis, Margo and Mabel always come home looking fresh. The salon itself is clean, cozy, and welcoming—and the pricing? Very reasonable, especially considering the care and time Kim puts into each appointment.

Bonnie Lou had an amazing time for her spa treatment. She had a shampoo and a blowout with a manicure. She was not nervous she got so spoiled and pampered. We are making it a once a month adventure. I highly recommend it’s a dog life. Make sure to call early because they do have a booked schedule. When we were leaving I made sure to book my next appointment for next month. My dog was not anxious at all and Had an amazing time. Afterwards we went and got her a big dog bone from Chester‘s and then she took a very long power nap.
