The first thing we appreciated was a separate entrance for dogs and cats. What a great idea! The staff were very kind and relaxed our puppy on her first vet visit. The vet was exceptionally kind and she helped our puppy enjoy the visit. We feel they got her off to a great start so she won't be afraid for future visits.
Dr. Nelson and her staff are absolutely amazing. Our beloved Turbo crossed the rainbow bridge and Dr.Nelson was there every step of his care. She returned every phone call and answered every frantic question I had. She is one of the most compassionate vets I have ever met. Her staff is kind, patient, very professional, and it is apparent that they all love animals and people💙💙
Very kind and compassionate doctor. Reasonable prices. Extra impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and extremely knowledgeable receptionist. It’s a small office and they are usually booked out for a while, but that’s just the way it is. We hope to get a couple more years with our sweet old girl after they took care of numerous problems in one visit! Thank you ❤️?
