“I've been seeing Nicole for SRT and myofascial massage since around 2018. Every time I come in to see her I find relief from some of my symptoms. The nature of my back pain has a tendency to change up locations where the pain is presenting and she is always intuitive to figure out where the problem lies.
There are large blocks of time where I am pain free but when things start up again she is always able to work me in quickly and often. If you are new to this type of therapy I really encourage you to take the time to give it a chance. It is not massage in the sense most people think of massage. Yes at times it can be painful but it is the only thing that has given me relief...and I feel as though I have tried everything.
Nicole is constantly learning. I feel that there is always a new class she is taking or a new technique she is studying. I truly recommend her to everyone who I know is in chronic pain or injury. Her practice is a 2 hour round trip from where I live and even having made that trip multiple times a week I can't recommend her enough.”
