“I made an appointment for my daughter's 5th birthday to get her hair done and make her feel like a princess almost a month in advance and when it came time for my appointment, the stylist never showed up. LUCKILY, Jessica stepped up and styled my daughter's hair. There was no way she was going to let a 5 year old down on her birthday. All the girls working made sure to make her first salon experience amazing even though they all had their own clients.
