“My DIL and I started coming to Royal Lux after we got tired of driving to Eugene for our pedicures. We have tried the CBD pedi, Aromatherapy pedi, Milk and Honey pedi, Signature pedi - if there are more, we have tried them! All of them are really nice - upgrading to one of them gets you hot stone massage and the wax dip - both are a major bonus. The chairs are nice, new and give good massage. We have had services from all four of the people there, Rose, her husband, the other lady and then son) each does a great job. Some better at nails, some better at detail, some at massage. Definitely not all the same - so consistency is not there, but when you figure out who you like, you will be happy. They offer drinks for sale which is a nice touch, especially if you are celebrating something. The prices are fair and they appreciate cash so they don't have to pay the cc processing. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they try TOO hard. I know that sounds crazy but they open at 9 am. We schedule our appointments at 10 because of the drive we have to make, so they at the most should have 1 appointment ahead of us. We usually don't get in our chair until 20 after and then actual service starts at 30 after. The phone rings and Rose never says no, she wants to make everyone happy, will overlap appointments, stay late into the evening, work 7 days a week. We have seen people wait for almost an hour after their allotted time. I feel that they would give better service by staying on schedule and saying no once in a while- they deserve that! They also sell NuSkin products which are awesome- you should try them. Haven't tried nails yet, but we may in the future.“

“Wish I had less fear going into this shop and paid more attention to the name of the young gal that patiently cut my hair today.The last hair cutting experience I had at another shop made me extremely weary of trying another hair dresser... but I'm so happy I did.It's not the best haircut I have ever had... but if you seen what this poor gal was working with, you would understand its the best damn haircut I could have at this time! Thank you for helping me today. I can finally wear my hair down again.I will be back for that cut I dream of. Because I believe this gal is capable of achieving it.“
