Recently, my wife and I had to arrange for a new roof on our house.
A friend told us about having a new roof placed on their home and would not stop talking about the great experience they had with Row River Construction.
We called Jonny, owner of Row River Construction, and the next morning he was out, provided us an estimate and was ready to work us into their busy schedule due to the emergency nature of our need.
What a superb experience!
As a Consumer Arbitrator, I am accustomed to dealing with problems sometimes created by contractors simply taking large amounts of money and doing inferior work. So, I applied the entire Standards of Professional Service checklist against the entire process, especially the results upon completion of the work. Row River was off the charts with every rating: exceptional degree of professional craftsmanship, highest quality of materials, superb customer service, and at a cost remarkably lower than others contacted.
Jonny and his crew exhibited the highest levels of accountability along with superb professionalism, coupled with frequent, honest communication and a hard-working spirit. They consistently went the extra steps to make sure we were always informed of their progress and any concerns encountered in discovering all that was hidden under our old roof. Additionally, they were always proactively prepared to take the extra steps needed to ensure work of quality and lasting results.
Jonny is an ethical individual (as an Ethicist, I recognize these qualities as well), and he will only perform work of the highest caliber.
