Ty is absolutely amazing. He took the time to get to know me before our session as well as tell me about his methods and philosophy. After my first sports massage session I saw a significant increase in mobility and flexibility. Ty makes sure you are comfortable with everything he is doing and is very good at figuring out when you need to take a break. Highly recommended!
A co-worker recommended Ty to me about a year ago. I didn't go and tried chiropractic care to recover from a pinched nerve in my back/neck. It left my arm numb and my shoulder joint screaming at me with pain. After 7 weeks of twice a week chiro, with little progress, I took the advice. I have done 3 sessions over about 4 weeks with Ty and I have progressed towards healing each time! My goal is to fix this problem, understand what caused it, and practice what Ty teaches me to prevent it in the future. I am almost pain free and have returned my range of motion.
