Great job by Shilo! Very respectful and courteous. Explained what he was doing and cleaned up after he was done. Will consider him in the future for cleaning or carpets! Hope he and the family enjoyed the apples and plums!
Shilo was amazing. Shortly after we bought our house we noticed a bad smell that kept getting worse. It got so bad we didn't want to sleep there. Several people said it was mold which would have cost over 13,000$. Someone recommended duct cleaning by superior. It was a miracle, no smell. It's been 2 months now and still no smell. I highly recommend Superior Carpet and air duct cleaning of Albany.
Very punctual and friendly. I got in the schedule quickly and Shilo showed up on time and did an amazing job. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. My carpet looks and smells amazing! Thank you!
