I have used this company for party rentals for 20 years. They go above and beyond for their clients! We run a festival, restaurant and event venue and we couldn’t operate without them. Special shout and it to Jenny, Debbie, and the gentlemen that load the trucks! Best customer service in the game.
Used to be such a great personable place. Like everything else bigger is NOT better. Sad we need to go elsewhere now.Edit: Late stage capitalism isnt your fault. It just makes is very hard to operate when everything has gone up in cost except people's wages. And no place to lash out about it so the end business gets the flack. Not fair to trash your rating for participating in the program. I added stars.

The website shows clear images and dimensions of their inventory and ordering online or by phone is very easy. I've even rented equipment just 24 hours in advance and it's never a problem. Pick up and drop off is a simple process. They even deliver for a responsible fee. Would highly recommend Special Occasions to anyone.
