After I acquired an 18 unit apartment complex in Corvallis I contacted Red Hat about an unsafe sidewalk problem. Working together with Bob Alexander we then discovered many significant structural problems with stairs, second story walks, and other not-to-code issues. Red Hat took on all these challenges readily, and thoroughly solved the problems.In my 3 decades of experience with building contractors, I would put Bob Alexander at the top of my list of great experiences. I've had rental property in Albany and Corvallis since 1978. I started using Red Hat Construction about 40 years ago, when I first got my contractor's license. I've used them on more jobs than I can remember. Whenever a difficult problem has come up and I needed their expertise, Bob has always come to my aid. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, and think outside the box when they need to.They have helped me through many difficult projects, including fire restorations, and historic building restorations.
