The gentleman working was extremely knowledgeable and honest with me when I came for a laptop repair. He didn't try to sell me an unnecessary repair and recommended that I buy a new one as my laptop was too far gone. He even explained clearly what to look for when buying a new one. I would take my business here any day.

Richard is not only exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. He is also very nice to us, very nontechie, uncivilized people. I appreciated how kind he was and didn't talk down to how computer dumb I am. I now send everyone with a computer problem to Richard.

Had an issue with my laptop. It was good to find a previous technician from Bellevue here. Richard was very sympathetic and knowledgeable about my laptop problems. He got me right in and was able to restore my machine as best as possible and recommended some serious fixes that were needed with my battery. He was happy to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend.
