Piercey Neurology

Well, I was diagnosed with pseudo seizures. For two years I wanted to take my life because I thought I was crazy. Turns out I have major and dangerous epilepsy, and I have since had two major brain surgeries, including a craniotomy and removal of my right frontal hippocampus and part of my amygdala, I could’ve died because of this practice. Honestly, I should have died because of this practice because they didn’t listen and if it wasn’t for my husband, grabbing the knife out of my hand, I wouldn’t be here anymore If anything, I’d like to sue them For not even trying

I called Piercy Neurology, but they don't even have their website updated, and their staff, Michelle, told me that Dr. Piercy moved to Utah, but then went around and around with me on the phone telling me that she didn't and how they couldn't help me there and I just needed to go back to my previous neurology office. I told them that I was calling them because a friend referred me to see Dr. Piercy, but that I understand that she moved (again they went around and around with me for what reason, I do not know) and said that I needed an ROI (I told them that I have all of my info printed out) and that I need my PCP to refer me (yet if they won't see... read full review

I found the staff to be incredibly rude and they lost my paperwork on multiple occasions. Not happy with the level of service from the front desk staff and on the phones. Do not go here!
