I've been going to PCS for YEARSSS and I have been treated with respect and true care by Dr Oh and his awesome PAC's, previously Don Windner and currently David Reavis, are the best of the BEST! I've actually looked forward to my appts with both. When Don left I was concerned about who my next PAC would be, since Don had been mine from the beginning. But David has greatly exceeded my expectations, he's ready and willing to address all my issues and on top of my needs immediately. It's rare to find medical personnel like you get at PCSO.
I love the staff, they are always friendly, helpful and nonjudgmental. The atmosphere in the office always seems happy and fun. I believe I have a difficult situation that causes me a lot of discomfort. David is working hard to find a solution that will benefit me and my active lifestyle. Be nice if we were able to do video meetings when there is nothing going on except a med review or something easy.
In preparation for an adjustment to my spinal cord stimulator, I met with Dr. Cho. She was punctual and prepared. She carefully reviewed my history, asked about any change in symptoms, and answered all my questions. The Abbey represented was also punctual, and made the necessary adjustments to my device so that I can experience less discomfort. Pain Care Specialists are the best in follow up, appointment reminders, and making sure the patient is put first.
