I am very satisfied with this service. I needed a second key for our car. Aaron responded quickly and came to me when and where I was ready. My car had problems that showed up during the process of programming the key. Aaron solved the problems and now I have the key I needed, and for much less cost than the dealer quoted. I was having some issues with my key to my car the anti-theft mechanism kicked on and I could not get my car to work and I was locked out I called Oregon State lock and key and I couldn't get a hold of them but he said he would text me and he texted me right away and kind of walked me through what he thought was the problem I said that the next day he would be available to me and he did he called me first thing to see if I had picked the problem with my car yet and I said no I had not I had to take a bus all the way from Sweet Home Oregon to Corvallis Oregon where my car was stuck and he helped me by texting me and just being there for me it made me feel really confident... read full review

Aaron was efficient and helpful and solved my problems with ease. He’s actually located in Corvallis which most are coming from Albany or Salem. He got me onto his schedule quickly. I will definitely call him again in the future!
