About Henderer Design + Build
Henderer Design + Build, a locally owned and operated business in Corvallis, Oregon, has been creating beautiful spaces for almost 30 years. Instead of hiring an architect or designer to design a project and then assigning tasks to several contractors, HD+B controls every aspect from start to finish. They provide estimates written by the same people who design and build the project, ensuring a reliable budget. Clients have been very pleased with their experience working with the Henderer team. They found the team to be a pleasure to work with, as they listened, communicated well, and responded to questions in a timely manner. The attention to detail and quality of work was exceptional, and the projects were always completed on time according to a clear schedule. Customers have been very satisfied with the end results, whether it was a kitchen, bathroom, or whole-home remodel. One client, Laurie R, was particularly impressed with her kitchen remodel. She found the space to be not only beautiful but also highly functional, with an intuitive and logical workspace. The workmanship and special touches, such as the cabinets, tile work, and granite, made the space exceptional. Laurie expressed her gratitude for the Henderer team's clarity with expectations and timelines, as well as their patience throughout the process. Recently, the Henderer team completed a project focusing on accessibility and home addition. The client, who uses a wheelchair, was very happy with the results. The new addition included a larger master bedroom, a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, and a bigger home office room. The design manager, Brianna, the head carpenter Lukas, and other team members worked closely with the client to meet their needs and preferences, including choosing paint colors and other details. The team also helped out in emergencies, like providing a shop fridge when the main refrigerator broke. The addition was built quickly, with the project almost finished within two months. The client shared how everyone from the owner to the project manager and subcontractors had been great to work with. They appreciated the speed of construction and the care taken at every stage. The client also mentioned how Lukas went above and beyond by providing a refrigerator to store perishables during repairs. The new wheelchair-accessible bathroom and the entire addition are coming along beautifully, and the client is eagerly looking forward to moving in and seeing the completed project.
I am more than pleased with my new bathroom. The Henderer team was great to work with from beginning to end. Our designer, Shelley, was able to interpret the designs in my imagination making the design phase go fairly quickly. Cody, the lead carpenter, was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. He was always available by text. And they finished early and remained within budget. I will certainly contact Henderer for any future remodeling needs and definitely recommend them to others
Everyone from the owner Dave. To the lead designer Brianna, and her team. To our project manager for the house, Lukas. Has been great to work with on our house addition/remodel project. For my mom, my guy Dan Haugen, and I. Family friend Mark Simendinger highly recommended you guys after spending many years in the home remodeling industry himself as an employee/later as an employer, and I am glad he did. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We were excited to hear about all of the awards you guys have won. That said that you are a great company. Lukas has been great too. He went above, and beyond. For Dan, and I. When our refrigerator/freezer fan went out, and was waiting to be repaired. We had lost a lot of our food, and perishables when it broke. Lukas brought over the refrigerator/freezer that you guys have there in the office. To let us use until ours got fixed. The addition/wheelchair accessible bathroom is coming along beautifully. I can’t wait to see what you guys get in the way of pictures of it. For your social media platforms. I go back, and forth. Spending as much time in the new addition that I can. I even got out Dan’s, and my air mattress one night. Along with a pillow, and heavy blanket, and slept in what will be our new bedroom. I’m excited to see both rooms when they are all completed.
