Customers can also shop their variety of professional haircare products. Luiza, a talented stylist, is praised for her professional experience, warm welcome, and ability to deliver the requested hairstyle consistently. However, some clients find the multiple appointment reminders via email and text to be excessive.
Stylist: Luiza! She’s the best! She has been cutting my hair for many years. I moved to Portland 6 years ago and now make drive close to 200 miles for a haircut and the pleasure of our conversation.
Luiza is an excellent hair cutter. Going to her for many years, I have never had problems of mis-cut hair. She is personable and good to chat with, and a definite benefit to Hair Masters.
Requested style: She knows me, and how I like my hair cut. This is the great thing of having her cut my hair for many years.
As always, Luiza does a great job. However, the new computer system sends out numerous email and text appointment reminders - 3 texts and 3 emails. This is overkill. Pick a method and send one - two at the most!
