I went to this program last month. I was worried that I didn’t retain all of what they taught me but I did and I catch myself using what they taught without trying. I have told so many about how good this program was for me. I went into it because I had tried everything I could think of to heal from traumas and medical gaslighting from another hospital and doctor and during this program I was able to stop worrying about what they did in the past and start working on what I did to contribute and why I was letting it control my life and I needed to learn how to handle my anger, anxiety, and depression in a healthy positive way.
