I've used Evenflo for a few times this year, and I highly recommend them. They're responsive, high-quality, and fairly priced. Kyle did a larger project on my home (new storm drain line through crawlspace) and he was great to work with. The project turned out really well. I've also needed to call Evenflo a couple of times for emergency service, and they've been reliable, fast, and helpful each time.
Jason Kanan came out and was friendly, professional, and helpful. He took the time to explain what was going on and what my options were as far as repair vs replacement. I feel confident in the decision made and in the work performed.
Kyle came out to check out a whistle that was happening in the tank area of my toilet. He found the faulty part and replaced it. Since the toilet was still under my 1-year warranty, the parts and service were free of charge. Kyle also checked my sink area and water heater, asking if there were any concerns I had. I was pleased with the service.
