Brayden Moore was a great manager of the property we rented. For move in and move out, he was very communicative and flexible. During the renting process he was very respectful of giving us our space, and was always available to help when we reached out to him.

I have rented with Château Management for about 4 years and this management company is hands down one of the best in Corvallis! I have rented two separate units from Château and both were well maintained houses that rarely required any maintenance. When they did require upkeep Brayden (the manager of Château Management) was always just a call away!
Brayden is not only a good landlord but is a good person as well meaning as a tenant you are treated with respect.

I’ve not worked with a rental company before and my experience with Chateau was a very pleasant first experience. Brayden always answered his phone and was quick to reply to emails/texts. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in what he does and puts effort into helping you find a great place to live that meets your needs. The application process was so smooth. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to rent.
