We've had a great experience with Banfield in Corvallis. Every vet we've seen there has been so caring toward our nervous dog and their prices are very reasonable compared to the vet we used to go to. We have one of their wellness plans and it has saved us so much money compared to paying for each individual visit for our senior dog. They are great about getting us an appointment quickly and it's so convenient that they are open on the weekend. I highly recommend Banfield and their wellness plans.
So.i wrote this review a few months ago and am changing my review. I don't know if they had a change in staff but definitely more friendly and the vet was great.
I love Banfield, have been with them forever. The one in Corvallis the employees look like they hate their job. The front desk girl was beyond unfriendly and the nurse was just as bad. I have yet to see a doctor. It's so bad that I am seriously thinking of driving up to Salem or anywhere else or just stopping my plan and sign up for something else. Which sucks because Banfield gives you quite a bit of bang for your buck.
I've been going to this place for the past 6 months. The staff is great, but unfortunately, they are constantly closed, open only half days or canceling your appointments. I have been with Banfield for over 16 years in multiple towns and states, and overall, they are a good company, but this one seems to have difficulty staying open their advertised hours. They need to have accurate hours posted and messages on their phones when they are open.
