My car was hit pretty hard in a campus parking lot, and B&R drivers showed up, communicated clearly about my options, and handled the situation with grace and expertise.
My car sat in the lot for nearly 3 weeks while I tried to work with insurance, and every time I made a phone call to check in, I was met with excellent and compassionate customer service.

I highly recommend B&R towing. They had the lowest price of anybody I called, were quick to respond and the service was amazing. The driver who came out was happy to be there and loved his job, believe me we ask him, lol. He was super patient and explain a lot to us because my 8-year-old daughter and I were amazed at how the tow truck works. I wish I knew his name to publicly thank him but the tow slip only says BK. Thank you BK.

My car decided to blow up on the side of the road (a little dramatic ?) but thankfully b and r came to my rescue. Steven was so kind and understand and patient with me as hysterical as I was with my son and my kitties in my car. He walked me through every possible option, so I could decide which one was best for me rather than just screwing me over in a difficult situation. If you're needing assistance you better hope it's Steven!
