The details - Needed new AC ( condenser and evaporator ) - From first contact Awesome ( Ron ) was great to engage with. Super responsive, able to bid with short notice. Mason knew his stuff and was super helpful in putting together a bid on what I needed. He helped me understand situation and options. Ron got a bid to me and was very easy to work with. Eduardo did the install. Eduardo is an artist. Eduardo knows HVAC and did amazing work but absolutely shined in attention to detail and clean crisp work. I've got no connection to this business other than being a customer, but I really want to give props to AwesomeAir here in town; it's a local owner/proprietor, they have good people, and they really stand behind their work.
They installed a new AC at my place, and something went wrong but even two years after installation their customer service instant and attentive and when you call most of the time you get THE guy not just some receptionist.
It's the beginning of Summer and they made time for my problem within a day of me calling them. So if you're looking for someone good who's local, awesome air.
