Bob's a sweet guy who knows what he's doing! He really saved my bacon with my old computer. Gave great service, was very attentive and does the job for very fair prices. He was very patient with my befuddled self and got me squared away right away. I would go back to him for any computer woes in the future. He got me fixed up and I'm sitting pretty. My computer is much cleaner and faster, both programmatically and physically. I couldn't be more pleased.
Our laptop wouldn't start up and we needed it for a meeting in a few days. Bob couldn't get to it that quickly but he told me a few things to try, and one of them worked! Very competent and kind service, highly recommended.
Really nice place with professional guy! I got a screw stuck on my laptop when I tried to install hard drive by myself. I have been to other stores in downtown. They told me that no-one can get that screw out, however , computer hero did it in half hour! I really appreciate. Wish this place can be known by more people!
