Edit: The GM was able to resolve the issue and fixed my hair cut. She was absolutely wonderful and knew what she was doing!! Go see Charley, she's great♡ Only raising my reading because she was able to fix an almost unfixable problem and was very professional and casual at the same time.
Ladies don't go to this location! This is the 2nd time I've gone and north ladies that cut my hair... to put it nicely screwed me over. The first time I asked for her to thin out my hair. Instead she cut some weird bowl cut on top of long hair!! But only in the back... Who does that!?

We needed a place to get my six year old son's haircut for a reasonable price. We were very satisfied with the customer service, price and location. We have gone here several times and have been happy every time!
Went in for a haircut and style. She asked if I washed my hair today and I answered, "yesterday." She washed my hair before putting product in to aid in styling. I did not ask for a shampoo but was charged anyway. I guess that went with the fact that I asked for her to style it. It was clean and the hair stylist was friendly and professional.
