Corbett Farm offers horseback riding experiences through beautiful trails next to streams and forests. The trails provide scenic views of the farm itself, which features charming gardens, animal pens, and barns housing various animals like goats, cats, ducks, and peacocks. Riders can enjoy a magical retreat atmosphere with patient and friendly staff who explain every detail of the experience. The farm welcomes individuals, families, couples, or groups. Visitors can also interact with the farm animals and learn about Oregon's native plants and wildlife.
We had a very nice overnight stay in the bungalow. Quiet, very welcoming, with lots of fun animals to interact with. Everyone was very nice and made sure our needs are met! Be sure to get in a horseback ride if you can!
It is not possible to love this farm anymore in my heart than I already do. From the tranquil setting, to the beautiful happy and healthy horses that come to greet you, to Stuart- the gentle and welcoming owner. Corbett Farm will not disappoint. You will not find a better place to ride in and around Portland. Stuart is this amazing person with an obvious passion for horses and an eagerness to share his knowledge and experience, to any age level and/or experience of a rider. He meets you where you're at and has this incredibly calm, laid back and down-to-earth approach, yet produces an extremely competent and confident rider. He is patient yet disciplined. So, whether you are looking for a 1 time trail ride, a night (or 2+) away or lessons? this IS the place! I have experienced both trail rides and lessons and my 8 year old daughter currently takes lessons. My faith and trust in Stuart grows with each lesson and always leave in awe of how quickly he's trained my little rider. ❤
Picked out the best place for the experience I was seeking. Was terrified of horses my whole life. Turns out horses are amazing and so calm. Beautiful farm and amazing owner. So kind and warm. Definitely will go back. Recommend that everyone should go and try this place.
