They never answer their phone and their voicemail is always full. When I walked in to ask some questions about insurance and services the woman at the front desk seemed to be in a rush and disinterested in helping me. As it turned out they were not accepting new clients so that explains her demeanor I guess.I will go elsewhere for massage services. Hopefully in a more cheerful environment.

I greatly appreciate the friendly service I receive every time I call or come into their office. The best part is how quickly you can be seen! No other doctors office is like theirs- usually it’s weeks waiting- not here though! I call and I get right in. Dr. Norton is always so caring & willing to work through your symptoms & help get to the root of the issue. I highly recommend!
