“I have really dark brown hair and wanted some lighter brown highlights—nothing too drastic, just a subtle lift. I’ve asked for this at other salons before and always ended up with blonde, which was the exact opposite of what I wanted. But Jennifer totally nailed it! She gave me exactly what I was looking for, and my hair turned out amazing. The color is perfect and so natural-looking. On top of that, the salon had such a friendly and fun vibe. I felt welcomed and relaxed the whole time.”
