While on vacation I experienced severe neck shoulder and arm pain. I was referred by Roseburg VA clinic to the walk in urgent care. I was treated within about 30 minutes by Dr. Sinnott, he was very thorough and understanding. I was given and MRI and xray and diagnosed within Arthritis, bone spurs and a pinched nerve at C6. Dr Sinnott started me on a treatment plan immediately and within a few outs I was feeling much better. Dr Sinnott was awesome as well as All of the staff thanks to all of you.

4.3 stars. Love Kelsey,Melinda, Jill and Dr Basnet. No matter what is going on Kelsey always makes sure it is handled in a timely matter but That one other lady from the front desk in peds needs a shower more frequently than once a month, It was awful being stuck in a small exam room with her today as she was training for the back office. Hygiene is highly important in any medical field so peds should be no different. Other staff in peds are great as well especially Kelsey and Jill. They are so hilarious and always get my kids in when needed but also give me advice when I can potentially treat at home.
