I'm not a big fan of doctors being late for appointments when we have to be on time. Over a half an hour after our appointment time and doctor is still no where. We all have things to do and can't wait too long to be seen.
My husband and I would like to give 5 stars reviews to two of your employees. Niki Henderson and Brenda Gonzales. The day of our visit Brenda greeted us with a great big smile and open arms to check us in for our appointment. Then back to the room we went.🙂.She did a great job. Then in came our FNP Nikki Henderson. What another great person we did my wellness check and she didn't miss a thing from the head to the toes. We talked alot about good health. And I am going to do better. Thanks for the up beet. They both finished with a thanks for coming in and if you need anything let us know.
I smashed my knee in a motorcycle accident. I had a large wound and a suspected fracture. I was offered (verbally) a wheelchair to get to my x-ray, however when the time came none was provided. I was also sent to x-ray with a bleeding open wound, then discharged. I had to walk back into the triage room to ask for a bandage so as to not just be leaking all over the place on my way out. Ultimately I got an xray for $350. Not cheap, not expensive. The service is pretty bad though, it is obvious these people are just getting through their day.
