EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR HIS CUSTOMERS!! I had an issue with my computer that no one else said could be fixed, but Dale was able to figure it out and fix my computer. I trust him with my electronic repairs more than anyone and Will travel over an hour for his services. He doesn't charge to diagnose and his prices are very reasonable!! If you want excellent service buy an experienced and reputable technician, Dale is your guy 100%!! Highly recommend!!!

Dale was personable and helpful. His prices were reasonable, he was easy to work with, and he even replaced my phone screen for free. Originally, when I needed my phone to be fixed, it was because there was damage to my charging port after dropping it in water. Additionally, the back of my phone was also shattered as well as my front screen. Dale was willing to not only fix my charger port, he also fixed the back of my phone (additional cost but very reasonable), and put a new screen on for free since he had one and was working on the phone anyways. Dale is incredibly kind and professional! I had some damage with my laptop that he was able to fix during the initial diagnostic. There was some water damage and we decided to order a part, however the part that came in was defective and Dale ended up handling it right away and didn’t even charge me anything for that despite his busy schedule. We need more professional and honest businesses like iCompute around. What a gem!
