They will give you a beeper so you can wait in your car if you want and they’ll beep you when it’s your turn. All of the Doctors are very caring. It's a walk-in clinic, so first come first served unless emergency. Sometimes the wait can be a little longer, but at least the baby will be seen. The clinic as a whole has been supportive and loving to our animals. The care the staff showed is just amazing. They will love your animals just about as much as you do.
I came in last Monday to put my dog Sadie down. She was 13 y/o so unfortunately, it was just that time. The doctor was gentle and understanding and gave my friend a proper send off. It also felt like the staff gave a moment of silence and that meant a lot too. Wasn’t a huge fan of the first come first serve method, instead of making appointments. But all n all the staff was very helpful and professional and they have my thanks for helping me get through this hard time.
We needed a emergency service and are out of town. Other places had no available. The receptionist said they don’t turn anyone away. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Very accommodating. Service was perfect. Thank you everyone there who made this hard decision easier.
My rescue dog was turned away from groomers as he was fearful and they said aggressive ( never to us) so I took him to Hanson -Meekins to get his belly and legs trimmed. He is a long haired Shih Tzu .They did a wonderful job without incident. I have now found a groomer in Coquille Healing Paws who has successfully bathed and trimmed him.
