I would give one star but two is being generous for never having any issues or problems during the time I lived in an apartment managed by them. When we moved in they said they had a cleaning lady come and clean the apartment that day, it was filthy, cobwebs dirty floors, everything and the fridge and dishwasher disgusting. we spent 6 hours deep cleaning the place before I wanted to bring anything in. We never had any issues for the year or two we lived there. The problem was once we moved out. They barely gave us our security deposit back. Go ahead and try to contact Loren the showing agent, he never picks up the phone even with a voice-mail. Sea Mist apartments on newmark st North bend has a now renting/leasing sign out front but when you call the number a lady on the other end tells you that sign never changes or comes down full or empty. Also nobody has ever yet asked me for an app fee unless they were serious. I think that's the only source of this business... app fees.

By far the most professional and organized property management group on the Southern Oregon Coast. They've addressed all of my concerns as a tenant promptly and are quick to make any repairs needed. Overall great experience!
