People love to hate on this company because they make them follow the rules lol Been with them for at least 7+years and i personally love them ! No issues ever ! They are perfect for families thetbwant long term rentals. All they want is for their tenants to take care of the house/property that they are renting... If you do that you will be completely fine. The people that like to complain are the people that didn't take care of their houses , didn't pay rent on time or didn't follow rules.

I really like Grand Management, so far been renting from them for about 6 months. Alesha, Silvia, Chris and Janet are always friendly when I call them. I had a maintenence issue that Chris drove the distance to help me fix the same day I called. Of course there are things that could be better, but expecting a company that handles a vast array of properties to be perfect all the time is unrealistic.
Rented from Grand Management for 6 years. They were great and fast with repairs. I received all of my security deposit when I moved out and it really helped a lot. I will recommend them and use their service again if I needed to.
