I really like Grand Management, so far been renting from them for about 6 months. Alesha, Silvia, Chris and Janet are always friendly when I call them. I had a maintenence issue that Chris drove the distance to help me fix the same day I called. Of course there are things that could be better, but expecting a company that handles a vast array of properties to be perfect all the time is unrealistic.
Rented from Grand Management for 6 years. They were great and fast with repairs. I received all of my security deposit when I moved out and it really helped a lot. I will recommend them and use their service again if I needed to.
Probably the best rental company I’ve ever had. Even though the apartment my wife and I had was really old, it was priced fairly and comfortable enough for our needs. The apartments and houses in Coos Bay tend to be old anyway. This company was on top of it when the apartment needed maintenance. They usually responded within a day or two, and took care of any needs promptly. And when we moved out, we left everything clean and got our entire security deposit back.
