First off let me start by saying that I am totally and completely satisfied with the service I hired John for!!!
Yesterday I had John come and clean my living room and dining room carpet for me. He was done in no time. Not only that but the technique he used has a very short dry time,( and I mean short)!
I told John the carpets look amazing and what a great job he did. He did ask if I saw anything that he might have missed. I didn’t at first, but there was a really dark spot as you were coming in my front door. If i didn’t know that it was there to begin with I would never have seen it. The spot was much much
lighter. Again I told him the carpets looked amazing!
Then came time to pay him the extremely reasonable price. He would not accept it. He told me no he could not take it, that I was not satisfied. I told him again that I was and that I needed to pay him for the service. That it was the right thing to do. He still would not take it and it was like he was sort of arguing with me. Then he turned, said good bye, and walked out. I went out to try and talk to him but he was already in his van backing out and driving away. I tried to call him but he now has blocked my number. I just need him to know that I am extremely satisfied and couldn’t be happier with the out come!!!! I’m hoping to have John back out to clean my bedroom carpet's.
John is very good at what he does. He is also very fair and honest and very reasonable. He is also punctual and professional!
Gene is a jack of all trades. He painted my mom’s house last summer and it looks amazing. He took the time meticulously mask everything and even covered all her plants. Highly recommend for all your contracting needs.
