I was really impressed with this company's work. They showed up on time, worked hard were professional and clean the entire time. They knocked out some messy rooms, leaving them fresh and new. would definitely hire again. 10/10

Few things I look for when hiring a contractor to perform work for me. One being excellent communication, job quality, timeliness, and an stress-free process. So happy with this new carpet cleaning process by Fresh Carpet. My carpets feel like new on my bare feet. Brought back the fluffiness and newness. Seemed to actually lift the fibers to like-new. Process used a lot less water and my carpets dried quickly; did not saturate my carpet pad. Devonne, the specialist who came to my home, was very kind and answered all my questions as this was a new cleaning process for me. Devonne did a great job and was thorough and efficient.
