On my way out to Pacific City for a camping trip my trailers axle self destructed 5 miles from camp. Once at camp, Sherwin was able to come out, remove the old axle, source, prep, and install a new one. All over a holiday weekend. You would expect he would charge a premium for this since it was a holiday weekend, I was at a campsite, and from out of town. Instead, Sherwin charged a fair price, got the job done, and made sure we were taken care of. He even had a guy go and attempt to find the wheel of my trailer that decided it wanted to be a free range wheel along the highway. No luck with finding it. I met Sherwin when my RV wouldn't start. He returned to replace the starter, make sure my battery connections were the best they could be, and didn't leave until my engine started reliably. Absolutely top-notch service at a truly fair price. I highly recommend Mr. Jones to anyone needing automotive help!
I have known Sherwin for many years and he has always been there when he was needed. We live near the beach and many people drive in the sand with an incoming tide so time is of the essence. Sherwin will drop everything and rescue the itourons ( 1/2 tourist/ 1/2 moron).
