I was looking for homes to rent in Columbia county and ARK real estate is where most of them were listed. I've recently retired and haven't rented a home in over 10 years. I contacted the broker that was on the listing of several homes I was interested in and got a response back within 5 minutes. Thanks to my broker Heather giving me an address to another home in the area for me to look at my search was over within 2 hours. She made this a very pleasant experience every step of the way.
