I really like that they text messaged me when it was my turn to come in to be seen. I saw Dr Melanie Sauvain she was ready when she came into the room. She had studied my file. She examined me and listened to me. And came up with a treatment for me.
Got here 10 minutes early to find out they allowed people to check in an hour before they even open? 2 hour wait time and I got here 10 minutes before the place even opened to see patients.
Urgent care is a nice bridge between having a Dr appointment and the ER. Best for non life threatening medical problems needing immediate attention. If you don't have time to make an appointment with your doctor these guys are really good at quick fixes without having to go through long ER waits and also leaving the ER more accessible to more serious medical needs.
